Hey, I’m Jennifer !
owner of The Williams Bookkeeping Group
With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Tax, and more than 20 years of accounting and tax experience—including 17 years in corporate tax, I bring a strong financial background to the small businesses I serve.
After spending much of my career in the corporate world, I started The Williams Bookkeeping Group to use that experience in a more personal way—helping business owners understand their numbers, stay organized, and make informed decisions about their businesses.
I’m a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, but I believe good bookkeeping is about much more than entering transactions into QuickBooks. I look at the whole financial picture, identify issues that may need attention, and help my clients build better processes so their books provide information they can actually use.
I’m known for being organized, detailed, dependable and approachable. My goal is to take bookkeeping off your plate while giving you confidence that your financials are accurate and your business is on the right track.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of two and enjoy being actively involved in my church and community.
Giving back is important to me, and I’m grateful to use both my time and professional skills to serve organizations in our community.

Step 1
If you're interested in working with me, click the link to fill-out a form to allow us to get to know you. We will then reach out to schedule a free 30 minute zoom call. We'll discuss your current bookkeeping process, any pain points, and how I can help you with your bookkeeping.
Step 2
Proposal & Contract
After we discuss your needs, I will send you a proposal with options on how we can work together depending on your needs. Some options are catch-up or clean-up bookkeeping, quarterly bookkeeping, monthly bookkeeping or QuickBooks set-up and training. Once you choose an option, you will sign the contract.
Step 3
Next Steps
Once you choose an option from the proposal document and sign the contract, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to give me access to your QuickBooks Online account or link your bank accounts and credit cards to QuickBooks, documents I need and an ACH form for me to withdraw my fee from your bank account.

I'll set-up your business in QuickBooks Online, a cloud-based bookkeeping program.
If you decide to hire me for monthly or quarterly bookkeeping, you will get access to my discounted ProAdvisor rate for the QBO subscription.
This package comes with 1 hour of QBO training.
*Additional hours charged at an hourly rate.
Catch-Up/Clean-Up
Behind on your bookkeeping? Or maybe you've been doing it yourself and aren't quite sure everything is where it belongs in QuickBooks?
I'll do the detective work - review transactions, reconcile accounts, identify issues and get your books clean!
Clean-up pricing and timeline are based on the condition of your books, number of accounts, transaction volume and number of months requiring review.*
Monthly Bookkeeping
Monthly bookkeeping is a done for you service.
It helps take time off your plate so you can work on your business and enjoy your family.
You will get monthly financial reports and recaps in an easy to understand way. You will have access to my discounted ProAdvisor rate for your QBO subscription.
Price based on number of monthly accounts/transactions.
*Because clean-ups require focused time and every set of books is different, I accept a limited number of clean-up projects at a time. Contact me to find out my next available start date.
